The Embassy of the Peoples Republic of China in the Slovak Republic is authorized to carry out super-legalization of documents issued in the Slovak Republic for the purpose of their use in the PRC. According to the international rules of authentication of documents and the consular practice of China, super-legalization is carried out so that documents issued by one state can be recognized by the authorities in the territory of another state and have legal force without doubts about their authenticity, the authenticity of the seal or signature on the document. Superlegalization of the document lasts 3 working days, in exceptional cases, with the consent of the consul, it can be organized by express until the next working day, but for an additional payment of 30 euros. Payment for super legalization is made in cash at ČSOB Bank after receiving an application for super legalization at the Consular Department of the Embassy of the Peoples Republic of China in the Slovak Republic. The document subject to super-legalization must be issued by state authorities or institutions of the Slovak Republic; documents issued in the Peoples Republic of China or in other countries cannot be super-legalized at the Embassy of the Peoples Republic of China in the Slovak Republic. The document must bear the seal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic, must also be accompanied by a translation into Chinese, certified by a court, must be genuine and legally valid; its content must not directly conflict with Chinese law or potentially threaten Chinese state or public interests. If the document has several pages, it must be laced and secured with a seal, stamp, etc. in order to ensure its integrity and make it impossible to distinguish its individual parts. For super-legalization of a document, it is necessary to submit a completed application for super-legalization, the original of the document with the seal of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic and its photocopy, a court-certified translation of the document into Chinese and its photocopy, the original and a photocopy of the applicants identity document, if the super-legalized document concerns legal entity, it is necessary to present its certified power of attorney, if it concerns a natural person, it is necessary to present a copy of the identity document.
