Chinese company YANFENG SEATING, a global leader on automotive industry market, opened its car seats steel frame production facility in Kragujevac, Serbia on 01 April 2021. First Facility is engaged by YANFENG SEATING as from 20th of October 2021 on providing full scope of facility management services in the new plant of 29,400 sqm, in which over 400 people will be employed. The scope of First Facility services in the new plant involve: 1) technical maintenance of the building 2) cleaning services of indoor and outdoor area 3) greenery maintenance 4) winter service.
