My sme našli voľné parkovacie miesto pri dolnej stanici lanovky, ktorá bola práve vo výstavbe. Ďalej sme pokračovali pomedzi objekty lyžiarskeho strediska. Počas našej návštevy sa v okolí vlekov stavalo. Severozápadne od plesa sa nachádza detské ihrisko s preliezkami. Prechádzka je krátka a prevažne po rovine. Ak by ste sa chceli prejsť viac v teréne, odporúčame skúsiť krátku túru k symbolickému cintorínu cez Ostredok, ktorá začína tiež v blízkosti dolného parkoviska.
