The task was to prepare a short informative walking tour for about 130 people, which will be divided into 5 groups, one guide to cca. 26 pax. The partner also wanted to have for the clients something special as a welcome gift to taste. After a brainstorming in our office we have provided to the partner two options: taste of traditional Slovakian liquor Tatra Tea taste of traditional and unique Bratislava rolls filled by nuts packed in recyclable material with logo of company The Austrian partner chose the second variant with Bratislava rolls in addition to our carefully selected variety of German speaking guides. From the partner we have also received the signs of the sub-groups, which we laminated and delivered to our lovely guides. On the Day D 05.05.24 our colleague Katarina was responsible for management of incentive walking tour as well as smooth distribution of Bratislava rolls. She early morning pick up the Bratislava rolls in a local bakery and delivered them directly to Bratislava port, where the guides with her was already waiting for our Austrian clients.
